Come on people, it happens to ordinary people citizens all the time and they get punished or they lose everything only to find out it was a frame job! For the regular person, even being cleared is devasting! Some can never get their lives back on track.
But for politicians, it seems it’s just another notch in their belt of sidelining someone they don’t want to be elected or promoted within their ranks! In this case, it started before an ordinary businessman [granted Trump is not that ordinary] took over the political world by storm and the elites in the opposition party were having none of that!
Too many have done wrong in the last decade, and we have not seen any of them go to prison for anything they did, including, some would say, treasonous acts!
We need term limits across every board! Including SCOTUS! If the president has a term limit, so should everyone else who is elected!
