Why do they want this if not to get extra dollars in their campaign coffers from the solar industry! The absurd excuse, of kids having more light to play outside at the end of the day, is UTTER bull crap. What about the kids standing in darkness longer in morning waiting for school buses, all the while, the homeless population and criminal population increasing!
