If this grocery chain merger is allowed to take place, experts are saying, food prices will go higher. With less competition in certain markets, Supermarkets can take advantage of higher prices if there is less competition!
We have seen in the last 2 1/2 years, gas prices, food prices, have increased more than 10% and with inflation, high mortgage rates, we are being forced to spend way more than we should!
