Not so fast.
Israel gets to determine when “the score” is “concluded” – not those who attacked another nation’s soil despite not having been attacked on their own.
No country gets to attack and then say, “OK, we’re done, so now you’re not permitted to counter-attack.”
Only inbreds live by that code.
