The Washington Post recently had a supposed “fact check” on Trump’s claim that we have been witnessing an invasion wherein it said:
The administration has sent 700 Marines and 4,000 National Guard troops as protests continue over recent immigration raids. -END-
And it is at this point where the Post’s naked bias (or functional illiteracy) comes to the fore, because these have been “illegal immigration raids” versus “immigration raids” as no immigrants have been pursued by ICE since they are NOT HERE ILLEGALLY!
Sorry Democrats, but you don’t get to relabel people and issues as being other than what they are just to gain the grounds your arguments otherwise cannot.
The electorate (thankfully) is seeing through that weak sophistry. Give it a rest.
