It seems the Ukraine story is gaining speed and the Democrats are grasping at any straw to deflect attention from their misdeeds and criminal activities regarding stealing an election.
As we get closer to the truth on exactly what bad actors in the last administration, along with the DNC, Hillary Clinton campaign, we will see just how far certain lawmakers and Party elite are willing to go to subvert voter’s choice!
Late Monday, a so called “bombshell” report came out, the President freezing aid to Ukraine if he didn’t give him information on Biden. First off, there is nothing to suggest that happened and the “whistleblower” in question, DID NOT have “firsthand knowledge” of Trump’s conversation with Zelensky. It was made perfectly clear in the complaint itself, that the “whistleblower” did not have direct knowledge of the July phone call.
Second, according to multiple sources, “Trump has long said he wants European countries to pay more for their own defense, and an administration official told the Journal that Trump’s actions on the call with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky in July “reflected the president’s concerns about how the U.S. is spending aid money and whether U.S. allies are adequately contributing.”
Another official told the paper that the Trump administration internally maintained at the time that Ukraine’s corruption problems were a consideration in the aid decision. Trump’s decision to freeze Ukraine funding reportedly came more than a week before his call with Zelensky.”
What we have now are Democrats not caring and have pressed forward on the issue, even as it risks backfiring, by exposing potential wrongdoing by the former Vice President. Biden’s action definitely rate investigating along with the actions of the former administrations active intimidation of countries they felt were not in line with their agenda!
Biden’s son, Hunter, had his business dealings in Ukraine under scrutiny at the same time his father, as Vice President, has admitted pressuring the country to fire its top prosecutor.
The hypocrisy of this Democratic Party is so stunning, it’s almost laughable, if not dangerous!
What’s quite droll…this whole Ukraine business backfiring on the Democrats, as it will open a huge can of worms to the scrutiny of investigators to show just how corrupt the practices were of the former administration.
Even the former VP couldn’t keep quiet, when, in 2016, he said “I privately threatened then-President Petro Poroshenko that the U.S. would withhold $1 billion in loan guarantees from Ukraine if its top prosecutor was not fired.” At that same time, the Ukraine prosecutor was investigating possible corruption, involving a natural gas firm with close connections to Hunter Biden.
Biden continued by reflecting on the conversation; “I said, ‘You’re not getting the billion’, the former VP told this to Poroshenko at a Council on Foreign Relations event. “I’m going to be leaving here in, I think it was about six hours. I looked at them and said: ‘I’m leaving in six hours. If the prosecutor is not fired, you’re not getting the money.”
