ALAN NATHAN:

Why is the attack on Capitol Hill more offensive than is Capitol Hill’s attack on our 1st Amendment Rights by proxy?

Thanks to government’s Section 230 gift to Big Tech protecting them from libel, Big Tech can censor free speech on behalf of their government benefactors who can’t do it directly themselves because of our 1st Amendment Rights.

Guess what, you can’t censor like a private company when you’re getting very public government protection that equals financial legal aid.

That work-around won’t get around our 1st Amendment Rights to call government out for tyrannical behavior like that.
