Any president already has this power, which means thus far Biden’s warped discretion has been the only thing keeping him from doing what he still would not do should this deal go through. It’s a ruse!
Biden already has all of the actionable authority necessary to dramatically resolve the overall illegal immigration problem – including unlawful border crossings.
