It seems the Democrats, no matter what has transpired over the last couple of years, with the phony dossier and the Mueller Investigation, would be a bit more circumspect about jumping off a cliff that has no safety net!
Yesterday, on Capitol Hill, George Washington University law professor Jonathan Turley, warned the House Judiciary Committee, not to sue America’s top law enforcement chief, US Attorney General, William Barr, for access to the unredacted Mueller report on executive privilege and congressional oversight. Turley said; “they would definitely lose if they tried to get Attorney General Barr to release protected grand jury information.
There’s no question that he cannot release this Rule 6(e) information. You are heading into a world of hurt if you go to the D.C. Circuit and argue that you could order Barr to unilaterally release Rule 6(e) information.”
As we have stated before, last month, the US 9th Circuit Court of Appeals in Washington DC, ruled on this, in favor of the AG.
Guess it doesn’t matter, to the rabid Democrats, who continue to perpetrate this fraud on Americans and waste taxpayer dollars, they have no case, or the fact Mueller’s team who investigated the “there, there”, which was comprised of mostly all Democrats, found nothing to recommend charges against Trump.
The giant smoke screen, Democrats continue to hide behind, will follow these lawmakers into the 2020 election, like a really bad, infected, rash!
